Your Acceptance of Circumstance

This is the only moment I have to decide to do right. There is no other time left except for right now. I cannot tell you what tomorrow will bring. Therefore, there is no reason worrying about it.
Yesterday slipped away into the night, left as an opportunity to learn. Does it need to be carried into this moment?

No wonder Jesus said not to worry about tomorrow, it has enough worries of its own. We can do nothing but think about tomorrow without knowing if by the end of today that anything we have thought will actually happen. It is pointless.

Perhaps I am being cryptic, or perhaps I am accurate. Either way, I have accepted where I am in this very moment given my choices.

Each choice we make in life leads us to situations. However, it boils down to only two real views to accept. Is it an opportunity or an excuse?

Imagine meeting with a church group, you have never been before and you were ignored and stared at. Left to feel cold and lonely in a group of people. Finally, someone asks who you are, and the interrogations start.

This is the very moment you never really expected. No plan came with a rejection of acceptance among people you thought should be Christian.

Here is where you decide. Is this an excuse to quit, to give up being a christian? Or is it an opportunity to grow? Accept the moment that you are in at this very moment and decide.

Any choice other than to grow in Christ is to quit. In honesty, ask yourself, “am I ready to quit?”

I am Glad Jesus accepted the circumstance that lead to his crucifixion because it brought us life. He didn’t quit on us. should we quit on him?

Accept where you are and recognize that God allowed you to have the control of your choices. He let us have our moment to decide how to be in a relationship with him.
Isn’t that amazing?
